Which are the delivery times?

Shipment will take place within 48/72 hours from receipt of the order/ bank transfer in advance. During this time, you will receive the tracking via email in order to monitor your shipment. We also inform you that the delivery date is affected by the security measures adopted to avoid contact and protect employees, couriers and customers. Thank you for your patience.

Can I pay on delivery?

Can I place my order by phone?

No, we can’t. The order can only be made online, selecting by category, by size, by room or by color.

By registering on our site, you can conveniently access your Reserved Area and consult your history or request a return

How can I make a return?

You can make a return request within 14 days of delivery directly by registering on our website and accessing your order history through your Reserved Area. Select the product you want to return and the cause, then click on Proceed. Now check your email as you should have received the confirmation of your return request. We will process your request as soon as possible and contact you by email if we need further informations.
