1) Purchase

The agreement for the purchase of our products on the website www.carpetliving.com is concluded when the payment is accepted by us.

These terms and conditions govern purchases on the aforementioned website in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

2) Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. to the Customer of an e-mail confirming the order.

3) Payment

Payment by the Customer can be made by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit Cards.

4) Prices

The sales prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euro and include VAT.

CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. reserves the right to change prices dependent on exchange rate fluctuations.

5) Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, instead, they are calculated separately and indicated in the order confirmation.

The products will be delivered by courier to the address indicated in the order, within 15 days from the date of receipt, by the Customer, of the order confirmation e-mail.

The invoice is available and printable, after the order has been completed, in the “My orders” section.

6) Photographs of the products

The photographs of the products on the www.carpetliving.com website do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative and may show inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the real product.

7) Certificates of authenticity

Each rug is accompanied by a guarantee certificate/label indicating the origin, size, type, composition, and manufacture.

8) Guarantee of conformity

The warranty on our goods is valid for 2 years from the moment it is delivered.

In case of receipt of non-conforming or defective products, the Customer has the right, free of charge, to replace or repair and CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. will at its own expense organize the collection of the asset.

If the Customer claims a warranty case and it appears that the defect does not depend on the supplier and therefore is not covered by warranty, the Customer will have to pay any repair and transport costs.

9) Right of legal withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. of the decision to withdraw, by a written and explicit declaration by e-mail to info@carpetliving.com

10) Effects of withdrawal

If the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must:

supply to CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC.
return the goods intact, in the original packaging and complete with the tax documentation, within 14 days from the day on which you notified CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. their desire to withdraw from the contract.
Send the goods to CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. SS 234 n.13 26867 Somaglia (LO)
CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. will reimburse the number of products subject to withdrawal but not the shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

Privacy

When the Customer registers or places an order, he gives his personal data and accepts that CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. keep and use such data for the purpose for which it was appointed.

CarpetLiving.com s.r.l. it will not release the Customer’s personal data to third parties.

The Customer has the right that the wrong or incomplete information is correct or deleted.

We record information such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or mobile number. The Customer’s personal data will be used to provide useful information on the products and services offered on the site, for invoicing and order fulfillment.
