Can I return products if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase he can exercise his right of withdrawal and return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the day we physically receive the return at our warehouse. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order.
How do I return the product?

Is the return at the customer's expense?
Yes, it is the customer's responsibility (unless otherwise agreed in the case of a defective or damaged product), because the return shipping costs are provided for by the legislation on the right of withdrawal and guarantee transparent and sustainable management of costs.
What happens if the returned product is not intact?
The right of withdrawal is validly exercised only if the product is returned intact, in the original packaging and complete with all components. If something is missing or the goods are damaged, we may apply a reduction in the refund to compensate for the depreciation.
I can only return part of the order
Yes, you can exercise the right of withdrawal on one or more items in the order. Clearly indicate which products you wish to return in your withdrawal request and proceed with the return only for those items.
