Exercise your Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to give any reason.
- You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your withdrawal
- You have a further 14 days from your notification to send the products back
- The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed
